Frequently asked questions
Is Gathric free for customers?
Yes, always. Searching, comparing, sending enquiries and booking professionals costs customers nothing. Premium is only for professionals listing their services.
How does the free trial work?
Every account can try Premium once, free for 7 days, with no payment details. When the trial ends you move back to Free unless you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew from Plan & billing in your account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your photos, services, quotations and invoices stay. Anything above the Free limits is hidden or read-only, and business profiles beyond the Free limit are switched off, not deleted — upgrade again and everything comes back.
How do extra profiles work?
Premium includes 3 business profiles. Each extra profile is ₹49/month (₹588/year). Adding one mid-period charges only for the days left; removing one lowers your bill from the next renewal.
How do I pay?
Through our payment partner Cashfree using UPI AutoPay or a debit/credit card mandate. Renewals are charged automatically so your Premium never lapses by accident.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment gets a numbered invoice emailed to you as a PDF, and you can download all of them from Plan & billing. Prices are plus GST where applicable, but Gathric isn't GST-registered yet, so no GST is charged today.
Some professionals have Premium without paying — why?
Gathric sometimes gives complimentary Premium to partners and early members. It works exactly like paid Premium.
