How your contact details are shared

Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. They are shared only with the specific professional you send an enquiry to, so they can respond. Professionals' phone numbers and emails are likewise hidden from public profiles.

How we use information

• To run the marketplace: search, enquiries, quotations, bookings and reviews.
• To send transactional notifications such as new quotations or booking confirmations (you can turn off optional emails).
• To keep the platform safe, including fraud and spam prevention.

Security & retention

Sessions use secure, http-only cookies and passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
