Submit for approval and profile statuses
Submit your profile for review, understand each status and what Verified and Featured mean.
Submitting
- Step 1: Complete the required fields.
- Step 2: Click Submit for approval in your dashboard.
- Step 3: Our team reviews your profile — you'll get an email and notification with the result.
Profile statuses
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Not submitted yet; only you can see it | Complete and submit |
| Pending approval | Waiting for our team | Nothing — we'll notify you |
| Published | Live and visible in search | Keep it up to date |
| Changes requested | Our team needs something fixed | Read the note, edit, and resubmit |
| Rejected | Not approved | Read the reason, fix and resubmit |
| Suspended | Removed from public view by our team | Contact us |
Verified and Featured
- Verified — shown automatically on every profile of a Premium member (including during the free trial). It means Verified Premium member; it is not a document or quality check. It's removed if Premium ends.
- Featured — a highlighted placement for a period of time, chosen by the Gathric team. It can't be bought. Featured listings get a boost in recommended results and are labelled.
