Understanding a professional's profile
What every part of a profile means — badges, gallery, packages, policies, reviews and the enquiry box.
Profile sections

| Reviews | Ratings and comments from customers who completed a booking, plus the professional's replies |
| FAQs | Answers to common questions from the professional |
Badges
- Verified — the professional is a Verified Premium member. It shows they subscribe to our Premium plan; it is not a check of documents, licences or quality, so always read reviews too.
- Featured — a highlighted listing chosen by our team. Featured professionals are always labelled so you know.
“Price on request”
Some professionals prefer to share prices only after hearing about your event. Their profile shows Price on request instead of an amount. Tap Request price — the enquiry form opens with a message asking for their price, so you only need to add your event details. Enquiring is always free.
Contacting the professional
Phone numbers and emails are kept private. Use Send enquiry / Request a quotation on the profile; the professional gets your details and replies to you. See Send an enquiry.
Use Share to send the profile link to family or friends, and ♥ to save it.
