View and track your bookings
All your bookings — upcoming, today, past and cancelled — with event details, amounts and payments.
Where to find bookings
Go to Dashboard → Bookings. Use the tabs to switch between Upcoming, Today, Past/Completed, Pending and Cancelled. Open a booking to see its full details, booking number, total, advance, amount paid and balance.
How bookings are created
- You accept a quotation — the booking is confirmed instantly.
- The professional records a booking you agreed by phone or in person. It appears in your dashboard automatically if it was made with your verified email.
Booking statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Recorded by the professional but not yet confirmed |
| Confirmed | Your date is reserved |
| Completed | The event has taken place — you can now leave a review |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or the professional |
| No-show | Marked by the professional when the event didn't go ahead as booked |
| Disputed | An issue has been raised by either side |
Reminders
You and the professional both get a reminder 2 days before the event.
