Write a review
After a completed booking, rate the professional from 1 to 5 stars and add comments and photos.
How to leave a review
- Step 1: Once the professional marks your booking Completed, open it in Dashboard → Bookings.
- Step 2: Click Write a review.
- Step 3: Choose a star rating (1–5), add a title and describe your experience.
- Step 4: Optionally add up to 5 photos from the event.
- Step 5: Submit. Your review appears on the professional's profile.
See all your reviews in Dashboard → Reviews.
Why reviews are trustworthy
- Only customers with a completed booking can review.
- One review per booking.
- Professionals can reply publicly but can't edit or delete your review.
- Our team moderates reviews and may hide ones that break our guidelines (abuse, spam, personal information).
