Locked enquiries
On the Free plan you can open 20 enquiries a month. Later ones are still received but stay locked until you upgrade.
How the limit works
- The first 20 enquiries each calendar month are fully visible on the Free plan.
- Later enquiries still arrive and you're notified, but their details are blurred with Unlock with Premium.
- You can't reply to or quote on a locked enquiry until it's unlocked.
Upgrade to Premium (or start the free trial) and all locked enquiries unlock instantly.
