Manage leads (enquiries)
Every enquiry lands in your Leads inbox. Reply, add private notes, set follow-up dates and track each lead's status.
The Leads inbox
Open Leads. The red badge shows how many are new. Use the tabs to filter:
- New — not opened yet.
- Pending — in progress.
- Follow-ups — leads with a follow-up date.
- Quoted, Accepted, Rejected, Converted (became a booking) and Lost.
Search by name, phone or lead number. Each lead shows the event date, so you can check it against your calendar at a glance.
Working a lead
- Step 1: Open the lead to see the customer's details, event information, budget and requirements.
- Step 2: Type a reply in the message thread and click Send — the customer is notified by email.
- Step 3: Switch to internal note and click Save note to keep a private note — customers never see these.
- Step 4: Set the status and a follow-up date to remind yourself.
- Step 5: Click Create quotation to send a priced offer, or Convert to booking if you've agreed everything by phone.
