Send and share quotations
Send privately to the customer's account or create a shareable link for WhatsApp. Download a PDF and see when it's viewed.
Two ways to send

| Public link (Premium) | Anyone with the link can view; responding needs login | Sharing on WhatsApp, SMS or email |
Click Send, choose the option and click Send now. The customer is notified by email, and the status becomes Sent.
Managing the link
- Copy or Share the link straight to WhatsApp and other apps.
- Regenerate it to create a new link — the old one stops working.
- Revoke it to turn the link off (the quotation becomes private).
- Your contact details are hidden on public links.
Tracking
On Premium, when the customer opens the quotation its status changes to Viewed and you get a notification the first time. You can also see how many times it was opened.
