How many bookings you can take per day
Daily slot limits for performers and services; inventory quantities for rental businesses. Double bookings are prevented automatically.
Two ways of counting
| Type of business | How a date becomes Booked |

| Performers and services (DJ, singer, photographer, decorator…) | When confirmed bookings for the date reach your Bookings per day (default 1) |
| Rental businesses (tents, cars, buses, horses…) | When every inventory item is fully reserved for the date |
Set Bookings per day in Profile → Pricing & policies. For example a photography studio with three teams can set 3.
No double bookings
Every time a booking is confirmed — by a customer accepting a quotation or by you — we re-check your calendar and limits at that exact moment. If two customers try to take your last slot at the same time, only one succeeds; the other is told the date is no longer available.
