Create and send invoices and receipts
Generate an invoice from a booking in one click, share it, mark it paid and download a PDF.
Create an invoice
- Step 1: Open a confirmed or completed booking and click Generate invoice.
- Step 2: Items, discount, charges and tax are taken from the booking and its quotation. Payments already received are shown as previously paid.
- Step 3: Set a due date, notes and terms, then save.
- Each booking can have one active invoice (cancel it to issue a new one).
- If the booking is already fully paid, the invoice is created as Paid and works as a receipt.
- Pending or cancelled bookings can't be invoiced.
Send and share
Click Send and choose Private (customer's account) or Public link (anyone with the link, ideal for WhatsApp). Customers only see an invoice after you send it. Links can be regenerated or revoked, like quotation links.
Mark paid, unpaid or cancel
- Mark as paid — enter the date, method and reference. A matching payment is recorded on the booking automatically.
- Mark unpaid — reverses it and removes that payment.
- Cancel invoice — withdraws the invoice and turns off its link.
- Unpaid invoices past their due date show as Overdue.
